I played this game back in the day and never had this problem (can't remember if it was the Definitive Edition or not), but I bought the Definitive Edition on Steam, and now I can't trigger the continuation of the main story missions, starting with the one where you first meet Amanda. According to walkthroughs I've seen, it should just start up automatically right outside my apartment after the Mini Bus Racket mission is finished, but it never does. I've uninstalled and reinstalled my game three times now, and it fails to trigger every time. I really enjoy the game (what little I've been able to play of it), but it's not worth much if I can't progress through the actual story.

Finished Mini Bus Racket, went home, went to sleep, and there just weren't any green (main story) missions on the map at all. I'm gonna go try just putzing around with the other mission types for a while and see if anything shakes loose, but I'm not optimistic. The walkthroughs I've seen indicate that it should just happen right after Mini Bus, without any other prerequisites.
