If you are not experienced with modding Fallout New Vegas, or modding games in general, then you may have made a mistake with those files which is now causing problems. Overall, it usually best to use one of the mod managers for installing mods and patches (instead of doing 'manual' installs).In response to your post, I examined that mod to see how it works and I also used it for a little while. No problems.It is a very simple mod and does not affect AWOP in any way.
'Brighter Larger Radius Pip-Boy Light' by Tallulahkat does not conflict with AWOPWhich means one or more other things that you installed (not that mod) are causing your problems.Please note that the NPCs in AWOP do not have voice audio - they do not have spoken dialog, only text dialog, and that is correct behavior.
