I heavily doubt it. For one, because the consoles don't have already have a modding scene, and if the mods aren't cross compatible the console modding scene would be split. It would take a lot for the Nexus to move on to one of the consoles, considering what we saw in the Steam workshop, which is basically nothing except a few armors and model replacers, which were on Nexus as well.Secondly, the consoles probably can't handle more than 30-40 mods, andprobably no mods as big as 500MBAnd most importantly, the script extender.
If they don't work on console, the possibilities of mods you can make will be limited. Mods like Project Nevada would have been impossible without NVSE. Script extender is probably out of the question due to how they are created.
From what ive read the se is made by reverse engineering, which is against the terms of service for the dev tools. Beth could easily file and win a lawsuit against the team that makes an se. They dont supposedly because it would drastically reduce a games shelf life. I dont think they could put an se on their site due to that. Also because its more an app then a mod. Also due to that a se may not even be capable of running on a console period.
